3，much与many意为“许多;大量”
区别如下：
(1)much修饰不可数名词，many修饰可数名词复数如：much water/orange juice许多的水/橙汁 many pencils/jeans/fruits许多的铅笔/牛仔衣/水果。
(2)much可修饰动词，而many不行。如：
I love you so much.我是如此爱你。
(3)how much与how many，前者询问某物品的价格和不可数名词的数量，而后者询问可数名词的数量。例如：
–How much are these socks?这些袜子多少钱?
–They are two dollars for one pair and three dollars for two pairs.(How much 询问物品的价格)
–How much water do you need?你需要多少水?
